How long does approval take? Disbursement?

Approval takes between 5 and 10 working days after the customers submit all required supporting documents. Loan disbursement is after the bank receives hypothecated hard title from the Land Office through the lawyer. Hard title hypothecation may take a while depending on the complexity of the case, and on the turnaround time of the Land Office.
