What happens if the AUM is less than the minimum?

The bank encourages Preferred clients to maintain the minimum AUM to enjoy all the benefits and avoid termination of membership. If the minimum is not maintained, clients will be charged $30 for every access to airport lounges. If clients fail to maintain the minimum balance for 6 months, they will be disqualified from Preferred membership.
